1. The service
Tersum is an administration platform operated by The Makers. It collects and structures business documents, prepares administrative records and supports controlled exchange with connected services and professional advisers.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use Tersum only for business data you are authorized to process. You remain responsible for your users and connected accounts.
3. Your data and connected services
You retain your rights in the data you submit. You authorize Tersum to process that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Third-party services, including Google, remain subject to their own terms. See the privacy policy for details.
4. Professional and consequential decisions
Tersum is not an accountant, tax adviser or law firm. It does not replace your bookkeeper or other professional adviser. You remain responsible for filings, statutory accounts and decisions that require professional judgement or approval.
5. Development status and availability
The service is currently in private development. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Any production service levels, pricing, warranties and liability terms will be set out in the applicable customer agreement before paid production use.
6. Ending use
You may stop using Tersum and disconnect third-party connections. Data export, deletion and legally required retention are handled as described in the privacy policy and applicable customer agreement.
